Email is the only contact channel we run — there is no phone number, contact form or live chat. We usually reply within two business days.

Corrections and price updates (highest priority)

If a price, plan limit or feature on one of our pages is out of date, send us the page URL and, if you have it, a link to the vendor page that shows the current details. Corrections are processed before any new article.

Vendors and affiliate programs

If you represent a software vendor and want to point us at your current public pricing, partner documentation or a product change, email the same address with the details. We are happy to correct the record.

We do not accept: paid placements, paid review scores, guest posts, sponsored articles, link insertions or "partnership" content that requires us to rank a product for money. Requests of that kind are declined without further discussion.

What we cannot help with

• Technical support for any software — contact the vendor.
• Account, billing or refund issues with a vendor — contact the vendor.
